802 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains all terms and conditions governing the use of the 802 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 802 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use the 802 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age permitted for betting activities in your jurisdiction.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- Maintaining only one active account at any one time on the 802 platform.
802 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account if the above eligibility requirements are found to be unmet.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
When registering an account on 802, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that all profile information remains valid at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and cancellation of all credit balances.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 802 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Platform Activities
- Using any automation software, bots, or tools to simulate human user actions.
- Holding more than one account or using another person's account.
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Sharing login credentials with any third party.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Payment Policy, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 802 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring any foreign currency conversion is handled outside the platform prior to making a deposit. 802 bears no responsibility for any fees or losses relating to currency exchange.
Deposit
Deposits may only be made through payment methods listed and approved by 802. Each deposit is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set, which may vary by payment method. 802 reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit before credits are applied to your account. Processed deposits cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. 802 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if identity verification (KYC) is incomplete, if suspicious activity is detected on the account, or if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by 802.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. 802 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Account Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
802 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- The account has been inactive for a period as defined by 802's internal policy.
- At the direction of the relevant authorities, or at 802's sole discretion to protect the interests of the platform and other users.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a user violation, any valid credit balance will be refunded to the user via an appropriate payment method upon completion of the verification process.
Platform Liability Limits
802 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. In any event, 802's liability shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 802 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 802 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 802. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 802 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including game providers and payment processors. These links are provided for user convenience only. 802 does not control the content of those third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
802 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by 802 from time to time.
